Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer phones, relay messages, and greet applicants, visitors and vendors in pleasant, professional and polite manner, while providing information as needed.
  • Provide computer assistance to applicants with completing applications or forms online.
  • Administer Pre-Hire Appointment.
  • Be knowledgeable of and assist with employment functions to include, but not limited to, application, interview, and hiring processes.
  • Serve as a sources to Hosts by assisting with and resolving questions about company programs and policies.
  • Assist the HR team with scheduling appointments, directing visitors to the appropriate representative, and answering questions.
  • Assist with multiple HR events.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with other departments and business units.
  • Keep work area and front office neat and clean; vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting common areas.
  • Run errands on property and assist with posting Host communications.
  • Assist with additional HR processes and programs as needed.
  • Use HR software systems to assist HR functions.
  • Always maintain confidentiality to ensure there is no release of information pertaining to personal records and plans of any other matter without approval.
  • Oversee uniform inventory management and office inventory.
  • Assist with preparation for New Hire Orientation and other HR trainings.

Education and Experience Required

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an office environment in a similar, service-oriented position.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with requirements for compliance with federal, state and company rules and regulations.

  • Must maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be sensitive to the needs of our Hosts and feel empowered to act to meet their needs within company guidelines.
  • Must be able to utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
  • Must show appreciation of others.
  • Able to get along with other employees to work out problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Able to perform duties consistently while creating a safe and secure environment for hosts and guests.
  • Able to be flexible and handle frequent changes in priorities.
  • Able to communicate effectively using standard English grammar and punctuation
  • Able to tolerate various temperatures while working indoors and outdoors.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Able to obtain a State of Georgia Notary license.
  • Able to spend considerable time walking and communicating to others.
  • Able to bend, reach, and stretch repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
