Day Program Manager, Mentor OH.A Great Opportunity / $45,000 per year / 7a-4p Monday Through Friday/ No Holidays or Weekends

Responsibilities may include:
- Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served at our Day Program.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
- Participating in the development of individual support plans for individuals served.
- Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
