Location – Cincinnati, OH (Onsite role)
Hours - 8am-5pm
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus benefits

The Inside Sales Coordinator is the go-to person for the organization and timeline of our sales projects. You'll partner closely with our Account Executives, coordinate with production leaders and outside vendors, and keep multiple projects moving at once so they're delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal teams and third parties to execute projects efficiently
- Build detailed project plans and think through every step, from order to delivery
- Manage multiple projects at the same time, keeping timelines and priorities on track
- Serve as the liaison between customers and Osborne's Mint Production leaders
- Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and client debriefs
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, and assess risks along the way
- Keep project information accurate and current in our ERP system (Acumatica)
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal inquiries
- Create project documentation and post-project summaries
- Manufacturing background (highly preferred)
- Project coordination or sales coordination experience: 2+ years with a bachelor's degree (preferred), or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the knack for moving people along gently and professionally to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, and solid time management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A reliable, results-oriented work ethic
