Position Summary The Inside Sales Specialist is a shared North America resource supporting Avon Protection and Team Wendy. The role owns commercial CRM activity from opportunity creation through order closeout and delivers customer campaigns that support replacement, renewal, retention, cross-selling and new-business revenue. By coordinating marketing leads, grant opportunities, partner administration and timely sales follow-up, the position maintains reliable pipeline data and frees Regional Sales Managers to spend more time with customers.
Key Responsibilities • CRM and pipeline. Create and maintain leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and campaign records. Manage progression through quotation, order placement, fulfilment follow-up and closeout. Maintain accurate stages, probabilities, values, close dates, products, notes, next steps and ownership; resolve stale, duplicate, incomplete or past-due records with RSMs. Support weekly and monthly reviews, forecasts and reporting. • Customer campaigns. Use purchase history and CRM data to target mask, helmet, filter, accessory and related equipment replacement or end-of-service-life needs. Execute renewal, upgrade, cross-sell, dormant-account, new-product, grant-funding and territory campaigns with Sales and Marketing. Track activity, responses, qualified opportunities, conversions and influenced revenue. • Marketing and lead generation. Support customer segmentation, contact-list development, campaign deployment and event follow-up. Research, enrich, qualify and route inbound and outbound leads from trade shows, digital channels, referrals, public-sector sources and approved prospecting. Capture customer needs, timing and budget information for the appropriate RSM. • Grant support. Research federal, state, local and other funding opportunities, including eligibility, deadlines, documentation and award cycles. Coordinate product information, quotations, application materials and follow-up with customers, RSMs, Marketing and approved third-party grant advisors. Track status and advisor activity while keeping applications customer-owned and following company requirements.• U.S. partner support. Maintain partner contacts, records, documentation and follow-up actions. Gather and validate due diligence information, monitor completion, maintain audit-ready records and escalate gaps to Legal/Compliance. Attend quarterly business reviews; prepare performance and pipeline information, coordinate agendas, document decisions and track actions through completion. • Customer and order follow-up. Coordinate quote follow-up, customer and partner documentation, order status and internal handoffs. Reconcile closed-won opportunities to processed orders and capture actionable loss reasons. Provide responsive follow-up to customers and channel partners across both brands. • Coordination and improvement. Work with RSMs, Customer Care, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, CRM administration and sales leadership. Maintain relationships with customers, U.S. dealers and partners, industry partners and grant advisors. Share customer needs, competitive feedback and product gaps; improve lead management, forecasting and order-closeout processes.
Qualifications Education & Experience • Two or more years of inside sales, sales operations, customer service, CRM administration or related commercial experience.• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, customer follow-ups and data-quality requirements.• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence conducting professional outbound customer contact.• Attention to detail, personal accountability and ability to work across product lines and stakeholder groups.• Ability to handle partner due diligence and compliance work accurately and discreetly, maintain complete records, monitor deadlines, escalate concerns and follow established Legal and Compliance procedures.• Ability to interpret sales data, identify customer patterns and turn findings into actionable sales activity.
Skills & Competencies • CRM experience.• Experience with public safety, law enforcement, military, first responders, PPE, protective equipment or regulated products.• Experience with lifecycle, renewal, replacement or customer reactivation campaigns.• Familiarity with government, distributor and channel sales; marketing campaigns and lead generation; grant research and application support; or partner administration involving external advisors and due diligence stakeholders.• Market analysis, negotiation, customer relationship management and sales strategy skills.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $56,000to $76,000 Annually.
