About this position:

iWorks is seeking an Insider Threat Analytical Support Specialist to provide analytical support for insider threat and personnel security programs. This role focuses on data analysis, trend identification, metrics development, reporting, and the production of actionable intelligence that supports organizational security objectives.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 84k-94k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

1. Analyze personnel security and insider threat-related data sets.
2. Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses.
3. Identify anomalies, patterns, and risk indicators.
4. Produce analytical products and executive-level briefings.
5. Support data-driven decision-making and program management.
6. Collect, organize, validate, and interpret information from multiple sources.
7. Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.
8. Support reporting requirements and program performance measurement.

Required Education/

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytical support, intelligence analysis, security analysis, personnel security, investigations, or comparable fields.
• Experience developing metrics, reports, and analytical products.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Insider Threat Programs.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience producing executive dashboards and performance metrics.
