Integrated Marketing Manager III
Job description
Integrated Marketing Manager III
Duration:9 months
Location: Remote/Hybrid but must live in New York City
Pay: $80-83 per hour DOE (W2 and benefit options)
The Business Marketing team is made up of highly skilled marketing generalists who flex across strategy, project management, cross-functional leadership, industry thought leadership, event execution, and creative collaboration. Most importantly, the team creates engaging, inspirational work that captures hearts and minds while driving business impact.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the daily planning and execution of a new advertiser-facing program in the U.S. This role is best suited for a strong business marketer with event execution experience -- not a pure event planner. We are looking for someone who can independently manage workstreams, navigate stakeholders, and deliver a polished experience for executive and advertiser audiences.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and a sharp understanding of culture, trends, and what makes experiences feel fresh, differentiated, and creatively ambitious. While this role does not own creative development, you should be comfortable working within brand guidelines, reviewing materials, and providing clear, actionable feedback. You should also be comfortable using AI and emerging tools to work efficiently and strengthen execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day execution of a new advertiser-facing program designed to engage executives and drive long-term cultural impact.
- Manage timelines, workbacks, deliverables, and cross-functional communications.
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep work moving forward.
- Coordinate key program elements to deliver a polished executive experience.
- Review materials against brand guidelines and provide feedback as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in business marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, or related roles.
- Experience delivering premium experiences for executive or senior business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and operate with sound judgment.
- Strong business acumen and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural fluency and a sharp eye for what makes experiences feel elevated, relevant, and distinctive.
- Ability to apply brand standards and provide thoughtful feedback on materials and experience elements.
- AI fluency and curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to support planning, collaboration, and execution.
