As an Early Talent Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind our conference, university, and regional recruiting events, helping us find the best and brightest talent for key roles across Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Minnesota and beyond!
You’ll build relationships, create unforgettable recruiting experiences, and play a critical role in expanding ABC’s mission through recruiting. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you can travel, network, and make a real difference?
Take Action!What will this role do?The Early Talent Recruiter will help lead our efforts to build strong, sustainable pipelines for Clinical and Therapist Talent, including:
- Representing ABC at university events, career fairs, ABA conferences, and internal ABC events
- Developing creative strategies to engage early-career and emerging clinical talent
- Networking with candidates and helping them understand what makes ABC unique
- Creating recruiting experiences that go beyond simply attending an event — finding ways to genuinely connect with candidates and build lasting relationships
- Serving as the primary POC for conference partners, including securing ABC’s presence and sponsorship opportunities at ABA conferences
- Partnering closely with Clinical Department Leaders, including our CCO, Dr. Charna Mintz
- Generating a pipeline and turning event and conference leads into Clinical hires
- Representing ABC’s culture, mission, and core values externally
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Leadership Talent and VP of Talent Acquisition
- 2+ years of recruiting experience OR strong experience in an outward-facing role focused on events, networking, relationship building, sales, partnerships, or community engagement
- You do not have to come from a traditional recruiting background! We’re looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, organized, relationship-driven, a strong communicator, a great collaborator, and confident representing ABC
- Someone who is high-energy, adaptable, quick on their feet, and motivated by a challenge daily
- A strong understanding of ABC’s center operations, culture, and clinical environment is a huge plus
- Competitive Pay – $60,000-$70,000 base + monthly performance-based bonuses
- Remote Position + 40% travel – career fairs, conferences and recruiting events
- Career growth – Senior Talent Advisor → Sr. TA II → Sr. TA III → Executive TA or Leadership Track
