Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Desktop Analyst is the primary contact for Help Desk Tickets. The primary function will be imaging and deploying various versions of Windows to desktops/laptops to end users, along with various applications and print driver installations. S/he will be required to travel to RUMC off-site locations as needed, minimally 2 days a week. S/he must be able to support Windows 11, Microsoft Office, printing and general PC support, and assist with Telecomm and Cabling as needed. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Required Experience:

· Must have experience installing and uninstalling hardware and software; configuring print queues, configuring bar code document scanners, etc.; must have experience with Windows 10/11 OS and setting up wireless connectivity using DHCP and Static protocols.

· Must be able to work flexible hours, travel to offsite as needed and long hours when needed; must be able to work weekends when needed.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks is necessary.

Certification/ Licensure:

A+ Certification Preferred

Requirements

- HS Diploma Required

- Bachelor Degree Preferred

Computer/ Equipment

Skills

- 5 years desktop experience Preferred

- Experience with Windows roll-outs, migrations, upgrades and PC refreshes Preferred

- Windows desktop environments including Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and print driver installations Preferred.

Salary: $63,000 - 72,000
