Kids Coach & Birthday Party Host – My Gym 20–21/hr | Part-Time | Now Interviewing

Newton, MA · Powered by Momentum Enterprises

Some jobs have you staring at a screen all day. At this one, your job is to make kids laugh, cheer them through their first cartwheel, and throw the birthday party they've been counting down to all week.

My Gym Newton is looking for someone who wants exactly that kind of day: bring the energy, run the room, and be the coach kids talk about at dinner.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy movement and gymnastics classes for kids from 6 weeks to 10 years old, and watch them grow more confident every week
• MC birthday parties and special events. Ask any of our coaches and they'll tell you this is the best part of the job.
• Build real relationships with families who come back week after week and know you by name
• Keep the space clean, safe, and running smoothly so every visit feels great
• Pitch in on tours, walk-ins, and the front desk when needed

Pay & Schedule

• 20–21/hour, part-time
• Friday mornings are part of the regular rotation for all coaches
• Have afternoon availability? You can pick up more hours if you want them.
• Now interviewing, with start dates available this month

You Might Be the One If You...

• Get energy from being around kids instead of feeling drained by it
• Can walk into a room of 4-year-olds and have them following your lead in five seconds flat
• Show up reliably for every shift with the same good energy
• Come from dance, gymnastics, coaching, theater, or early childhood, or you're just naturally that person

No My Gym Experience? No problem. We train you from day one, and that training is fully paid.

What You Get

• Paid training and ongoing professional development
• Flexible part-time scheduling that works with school, another job, or your other commitments
• Retirement savings options for eligible part-time employees
• Employee perks across Momentum Enterprises brands: My Gym, Launch Family Entertainment, Retro Fitness, Club Elevate, Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club, and The Newport Venture
• Real room to grow as our programs expand

Ready to Bring the Energy?

Apply today. It only takes a few minutes, and we're interviewing now, so you could be on the floor leading classes this month.
