PositionOverview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworkingLawn MaintenanceTeam Memberto help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our community grounds. This role is responsible for performing daily lawn care duties, supporting team operations, and assisting with basic administrative updates related to the Association website.
KeyResponsibilities
- Perform routinelawn maintenance, includingmowing,edging, andblowingof assigned community areas
- Follow and adhere to establishedmowingschedules
- Operatelawn maintenanceequipment such asriding mowers,weed eaters, andblowersefficiently and safely
- Maintain and update theAssociation website, including resident information and community updates
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively withmanagement and Board of Directors (BOD)
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to follow schedules and complete tasks independently

- Professional demeanor when interacting with team members and leadership
Working Conditions:
