Responsibilities
Leads the dining team
Accounts for all residents at meals and for takeout to ensure exceptional foodservice delivery.
Leads training for all new Servers in the department
Assists in managerial tasks in the department
Reports to the Dining Room Manager
Requirements
3-5 years of Server experience in a high-end community setting
Shows a consistent ability to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrates a positive attitude, and works well under pressure
