Manager 2, Growth Technology — Web & App Content Management
Job description
Growth Technology is the commercialization platform team for Intuit's Consumer Group (powering TurboTax and Credit Karma). This role has the depth of both web and app domain to deliver experiences to tens of millions of customers every year.
About the Role
As M2, Growth Technology Manager, you will lead a team to drive customer growth to TurboTax and Credit Karma by enabling rich experiences across web and app. You will build tools that enable marketing faster and carry deep expertise in web marketing, governance, content management systems, CRO through experimentation and personalization platforms, marketing technology, GEO, SEO, ASO, front-end web development, and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Content management: structured and headless content management, content modeling, schema design, CMS authoring at scale, digital asset management.
- Experimentation and personalization: A/B and multi-armed bandit design, segmentation and targeting, portfolio-level experiment planning.
- Marketing technology: campaign and offer management platforms capability, instrumentation for analytics and ad-technology, pricing surfaces, CRM and email integration, SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO).
- AI, data and delivery: MCP-based tooling, agentic authoring and QA, evaluation frameworks, AI governance, AI-assisted development environments; understanding of data and attribution; portfolio and intake tooling, capacity modeling.
Qualifications
- 8+ years spanning program management, digital marketing, and product management roles including 3+ years leading people.
- 3+ years managing content management systems, personalization and experimentation platforms, and front-end web development with a track record running content operations at consumer scale.
- 1+ year driving strategic vision in product and technology
- 3+ years in deep partnership with performance marketing (GEO, SEO, Paid, CRM)
How you work This role calls for product judgment, technical fluency, and delivery management in equal measure. You will run a live delivery operation and set the direction it moves in at the same time.

The expected base pay range for this position is:San Diego $154,000 - $208,500
