THE ROLE: Manager, Enterprise Media Solutions
This role is responsible for managing platforms, workflows, and technical delivery supporting media asset management, post-production collaboration, content preparation, packaging, and distribution to non-linear consumer platforms. This role combines product and platform ownership, business analysis, project delivery, vendor management, and operational accountability. This role will establish priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, translate business needs into actionable technical plans, and advance API integrations, automation, workflow scripting, reporting, and operational data analysis. The role will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, business units, and vendors to deliver reliable and scalable media solutions. The role will also guide product roadmaps, supervise testing and production readiness, hold vendors accountable for delivery and service performance, and evaluate emerging technologies that improve how content is created, managed, discovered, and distributed.

Manager, Enterprise Media Solutions
- Delivery Leadership, Prioritization & Service Management - Lead initiatives across the Enterprise Media Solutions portfolio. Establish priorities, coordinate workstreams, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear ownership and escalation paths. Drive responsive platform support, disciplined project execution, operational accountability, and continuous service improvement.
- Platform Ownership, Product Roadmaps & Vendor Accountability - Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and service health of enterprise media platforms supporting MAM, post-production, content preparation, packaging, and delivery. Prioritize enhancements, manage vendor relationships, hold vendors accountable for commitments, service levels, quality, issue resolution, and roadmap delivery, support contracts, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting, and financial planning, and ensure platform investments align with business priorities.
- Business Analysis & Workflow Transformation - Partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess new services and product launches, gather requirements, analyze current- and future-state workflows, and translate operational needs into clear technical plans. Identify opportunities for automation, integration, process improvement, data quality, and measurable productivity gains. Use APIs, Python-based automation, workflow scripting, reporting, and operational data analysis to improve workflows and inform decisions.
- Project Delivery, Testing & Operational Readiness - Provide delivery oversight from discovery through implementation. Ensure requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, test plans, documentation, training, and support models are complete. Supervise UAT, defect prioritization, release readiness, and production validation. Support production incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and operational escalation in coordination with the appropriate support teams.
- Cross-Departmental Partnership & Media Supply Chain Enablement - Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, business units, Production, Post Production, Content Distribution, QA, Infrastructure, and vendors. Build alignment on priorities, requirements, ownership, and delivery plans; onboard partners and integrate platforms into end-to-end workflows for global content creation and distribution.
- Architecture, Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Maintain a strong understanding of the media systems ecosystem and its operational constraints. Evaluate AWS and S3, Signiant, media-processing infrastructure, system integrations, cloud, AI, metadata, and workflow orchestration technologies; develop recommendations, evaluation criteria, and implementation plans for capabilities that improve reliability, scale, user experience, and business value.

REQUIREMENTS
Manager, Enterprise Media Solutions
- 7+ years of experience supporting technology, media operations, enterprise platforms, or digital media workflows in a media and entertainment organization or comparable environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technology or media initiatives, including prioritization, workstream coordination, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for results.
- Experience owning enterprise platforms or products, developing roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, managing service health, and coordinating releases and operational support.
- Experience with media asset management solutions such as Dalet Flex or an equivalent MAM, production asset management, or digital asset management platform.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows, tools, and systems, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer or related Avid environments, and Frame.io or comparable review and collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of file-based media workflows and media-processing infrastructure, including ingest, Signiant or comparable accelerated file transfer, media movement, metadata, storage, archive, restore, encoding, transcoding, automated quality control, captioning, packaging, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Experience designing or improving automated operational reporting, dashboards, alerts, and exception-management workflows.
- Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, including product evaluations, statements of work, delivery commitments, service levels, issue escalation, performance accountability, and roadmap discussions.
- Working knowledge of technology financial management, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting, vendor costs, and investment planning.
- Working knowledge of AWS and S3, cloud-based media workflows, APIs, system integrations, Python or comparable automation tools, workflow scripting, metadata models, XML, JSON, reporting, analytics, and operational data analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, IT, business units, and vendors while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supporting non-linear content distribution, media publishing, content fulfillment, or direct-to-consumer and partner delivery workflows.
- Experience leading projects through discovery, solution design, development, testing, UAT, release readiness, implementation, and production support using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled media search, metadata enrichment, content analysis, clip generation, story discovery, or workflow automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise media, collaborative storage, and workflow platforms such as ELEMENTS, Orange Logic, Telestream Vantage, Moments Lab, Mediagenix On Demand, or comparable solutions, plus experience with Airtable Automation and Scripting.
Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $133,602 - $156,314Annual Incentive Target: 12.50%The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills,
