We are looking for a Front of House Manager who is ready to lead from the floor, inspire the team, and help create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Bar experience is a big plus for this role, especially for someone who understands how to drive the guest experience from both the dining room and the bar.

Job Responsibilities

Help lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the restaurant with a focus on guest experience, safety, training, sales, and profitability

Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep the restaurant running at a high level

Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and performance evaluations

Coach, develop, and motivate hourly team members to perform with confidence, consistency, and strong hospitality

Help create a team culture that is solution-driven, collaborative, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality

Communicate clearly and effectively with the Home Office, leadership team, restaurant staff, and guests

Support bar operations and beverage execution, with bar experience serving as a strong plus in this role

Serve as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining strong relationships in the local community

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws

Help manage cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift execution and operational discipline

Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and teamwork
