Marketing Coordinator
Job description
- Serve as the practice's primary point of contact with our outside digital marketing company and other marketing vendors
- Evaluate vendor invoices, contracts, proposals, and performance reports to verify pricing is competitive and that services delivered align with agreed-upon terms and expected outcomes Monitor and evaluate website SEO, Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, bidding strategy, ad spend, and cost per lead and per new patient
- Recommend how the marketing budget should be allocated across services, Google Ads, keywords, and other channels, and adjust based on results Analyze service line volume and growth potential to identify the practice's highest-value services, and develop targeted marketing strategies to promote them
- Develop marketing and outreach materials that position Florida ENT & Allergy as an employer of choice for physicians and providers who may be interested in joining our group
- Support digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and brand initiatives
- Create and update marketing materials, flyers, presentations, graphics, signage, and other visual communications
- Support marketing for new office openings and service line launches
- Maintain a consistent brand across all locations
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards that track marketing spend, return on investment, and performance
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities that improve marketing performance and patient growth
- Help identify and implement technology, AI, and process-improvement solutions that increase efficiency
- Work closely with the Practice Development Coordinator and the Operations Director to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities
- Strong business acumen and comfort discussing budgets, contracts, and return on investment
- Confident, professional communicator who can negotiate and hold vendors accountable
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Creative and comfortable with graphic design, Canva, AI platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Technology-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Able to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team members
- Takes initiative and sees problems as opportunities
Experience or proficiency in the following is highly valued:
- Google Ads and paid search management (keywords, bidding, budgeting, conversion tracking)
- Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting
- Managing agency or vendor relationships and marketing budgets
- Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Graphic design and visual content creation
- Website and social media platforms
- Online reputation management
- CRM or healthcare software systems
- AI and technology tools

Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to carry and distribute marketing materials to offices as required of the position or directed by the manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Travel within the three counties our offices are in. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
