Summary

The Electric Power Division (EPD) is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team! Our solutions help meet customer needs in a variety of ways - everything from providing back-up power to hospitals to providing emergency power when natural disasters strike and supporting critical infrastructure for data centers.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant in EPD, you’ll have the opportunity to support Electric Power by developing, implementing, and measuring innovative digital strategies, web experiences, and content improvements that drive customer engagement and measurable outcomes. You’ll work with peers across the organization and around the world to ensure our digital presence is aligned, consistent, and customer‑back. You’ll also maximize your creativity and technical expertise by defining new ways to reach our personas, improving how we execute digital tactics, and ensuring every action contributes to stronger performance across channels.

What you will do:

  • Lead the division’s digital strategy across all channels, proactively identifying new tactics and ensuring every digital action has clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Own analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, providing clear insights, performance readouts, and optimization recommendations to leadership and regional teams.
  • Drive SEO and AEO improvements across EP digital properties, ensuring content is discoverable, structured, and aligned with search intent and platform best practices.
  • Stay informed about developments in SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven search behavior, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.
  • Manage the Electric Power web experience, partnering with internal teams to improve navigation, content quality, UX, and conversion pathways.
  • Serve as the division’s Cat Digital lead, guiding teams on digital tactic submissions, SLAs, workflows, and best practices to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
  • Act as a CX Champion ensuring consistent, high-quality digital experiences across channels.

What you will have:

  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

  • Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of ""big picture"" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Additional Information:

  • This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.
  • Travel up to 5% is required.
  • Domestic relocation assistance is offered for this position.

  • This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
