Memory Support Manager

Under limited supervision, the Memory Support Program Manager coordinates the memory support program to ensure that the physical, social & emotional needs of the residents and their families are met. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Shift: Full-Time Benefited Exempt, Tuesday - Saturday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
Pay range: $69,256 - $84,864
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- B.A. degree in healthcare or related field.
- Must be able to check in with all shifts as needed.
- Experience in Leadership role in the setting, team management, dementia training experience, scheduling, attendance/ payroll are strongly preferred.
- 2 Year experience in management in dementia program preferred
Work Duties
- Keeps the HumanGood Memory Support Program Philosophy at the core of all planning and implementation of activities and care to meet the specific needs of residents;
- Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support; supervision includes management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases, and adjustments;
- Leads by example and collaborates with Community Life Coordinator to ensure team members engage residents in programs
- Reports to Health Services Administrator
- Memory Support is 16 bed unit
