Whether you're crafting the perfect cup of coffee, preparing delicious sandwiches, helping guests with their evening cravings, or keeping the team moving during a busy rush, this is an opportunity to make a difference every shift!

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the team during evening and closing operations.
• Work alongside team members making coffee, preparing sandwiches, serving guests, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
• Ensure all closing duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the team motivated, organized, and focused throughout the shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and communicate any concerns or opportunities.
• Lead by example, take ownership, and jump in wherever needed!

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front.
• Reliability, accountability, and flexibility.
• Ability to manage a team and make decisions during busy shifts.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to work evening and closing shifts.
