Office Operations Coordinator – PACE of Cincinnati

TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Office Operations Coordinator to join the PACE of Cincinnati PACE Center located in Norwood Ohio. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.

This is a unique, fully in-person opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization. As part of a start-up environment, you will work across multiple areas of health plan operations, including enrollment, claims, provider relations, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and participant services. This role offers hands-on exposure to both the operational and strategic side of PACE, allowing you to help build processes, solve complex problems, and directly contribute to the success and sustainability of the program. Work Schedule:

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Degree (Required)

3 - 4 years experience in a related field (Required)

Overview

Under direct supervision by a practitioner and/or department manager/supervisor, this position maintains office efficiency with clerical functions. This is a high-level senior support position that may be responsible for any/all of the following: patient scheduling, registration, and pre-certification; routine office duties; activities supporting regulatory compliance; billing matters, and interfacing with vendors, customers, physician offices, and other staff and stakeholders. Position is key to strong business relationship management between customer groups resulting in significant budgetary impact to the department.

Responsibilities

Maintains a professional demeanor during all communications with internal or external departments. Registers patients utilizing protocol, appropriate forms and accurate data.

Responsible for communciations with patient, physician offices, and clinical areas.

Schedules patient appointments in compliance with established guidelines; keeps current with TriHealth protocols
