Job Summary
Lumina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our dynamic and growing company. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and managing relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with dental and podiatry teams to ensure efficient service delivery, including managing calendars and appointments.
- Facility Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Skilled Nursing Facilities, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Supply Management: Oversee inventory and ordering of office and medical supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Staff Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including coordinating travel and managing documentation.
- Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office technology and software systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
