Pay Range: $105,000 - $108,000 per year (depending on experience)

Role Summary

The Onsite Financial Manager is responsible for providing financial reporting, cash management, cash flow forecasting, customized reports, and financial management consultation services for an elite and onsite community association client. This position interfaces with the Board of Directors, General Manager, select members of the management staff and third-party service providers on financial matters. This is a "hands-on" position from an accounting perspective. The Financial Manager will report directly to the General Manager with support from the Corporate Accounting Team.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the financial consultant for the General Manager, Board of Directors and related committeesfor community related financial statements
• Client contractual service deliverables including AR, AP, publishing of financial reports along with any necessary schedules.
• Assisting in preparation of annual budgets, assessment rules, and assessment billing
• Managing the daily flow of financial service inquiries and requests
• Providing Summaries of monthly financial reports including Reserve Schedules and Cap Ex Project Tracking
• Provide board of directors and finance committee ad-hoc and supplemental reports
• Filing Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax reports if applicable
• Providing guidance to classification and allocation of expenses as needed
• Client Relationship and Retention, sharing this responsibility with all team members
• Coordinating with other CiraConnect shared services departments providing AP Lockbox, AR Lockbox, Property Conveyance Lockbox, Delinquent Account Collections, Audit-tax, Insurance, Corporate, and related Information Technology services in the delivery of overall financial management services
• Work with Auditor and other financial institutions as needed
• Process improvement recommendations and implementation
• Projects as required to increase our ability to service our clients
