After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting fleet operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service and safety standards are met.

You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership roles within our organization.

Perks You’ll Get:

  • Company vehicle provided (including gas, insurance, and maintenance, subject to company policy)
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company-matched contributions
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Access to voluntary benefits including legal assistance, identity theft protection, FSA, and additional life insurance options
  • Flexible spending benefit of up to $260 for public transportation or parking expenses
  • Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget vehicles
  • Employee Assistance Program offering counseling, financial and legal consultation, and care referrals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
  • One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, kneel, get up and get down from a seated position, enter, exit, climb into, climb down from, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions.

The annual hourly rate for this position is $22.98/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
