- Employee support: Be a warm, discreet first stop for employee questions on policy, leave, and life events. Triage and escalate sensitive matters to your manager and outside counsel.
- Compliance support: Maintain the handbook and policies with input from our PEO and counsel, track leave requests and state-specific requirements, manage required compliance training assignments and completion, and keep documentation organized.
- Performance and engagement cycles: Coordinate review cycles, calibration logistics, and pulse surveys. Track completion and follow up with managers.
- International coordination: Support our EOR and local partners for UK and Pakistan employees on contracts, onboarding, and recurring HR tasks.
- Process improvement: Document workflows, build templates, and use AI and automation tools to remove manual work.
Who You Are
- Warm and approachable: People feel comfortable coming to you, and you build trust with office, clinical, and field employees alike.
- Detail-oriented and organized: You run checklists cleanly, follow up without being chased, and catch errors before they matter.
- Discreet by default: You handle confidential information with care and know when to escalate.
- Curious and coachable: You ask good questions, take feedback well, and want to learn the full scope of People Ops.
- Resourceful: You figure things out, use modern tools and AI to work smarter, and ask for help at the right moment.

At Circadia Health, we are pioneering a paradigm shift in patient care through the development of groundbreaking, AI-powered contactless monitoring technology. Our core innovation is the world's first FDA-cleared contactless patient monitoring system, a testament to our commitment to revolutionizing healthcare by predicting and preventing severe medical complications before they escalate. By harnessing the power of proprietary radar sensor technology, our Circadia C200 System meticulously monitors a patient's respiratory rate, heart rate, and motion from a distance of up to 8 feet, completely eliminating the need for cumbersome wires or wearables. This non-invasive approach not only enhances patient comfort and compliance but also significantly mitigates the risk of infection transmission within healthcare settings. The rich data streams captured by our C200 system are seamlessly fed into Circadia's advanced AI-powered platform. This intelligent ecosystem analyzes subtle physiological changes and complex patterns to accurately predict the onset of critical conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, and sepsis, often hours or even days in advance. A dedicated team of virtual nurses operates around the clock, 365 days a year, to review the data and the AI-generated alerts, delivering personalized and predictive risk notifications to clinicians. This empowers healthcare providers with the foresight to intervene proactively, thereby preventing avoidable hospitalizations and dramatically improving patient outcomes. Our overarching mission at Circadia Health is to spearhead the transition of healthcare from a reactive to a proactive model, equipping clinicians with the transformative tools they need to deliver the highest standard of care.
