For over a century, patients in the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin have trusted Park Nicollet to provide compassionate and expert health care. Understanding that navigating health care can be complex and stressful, Park Nicollet operates as a non-profit, integrated care system designed to simplify the patient experience. This means our customers have access to a comprehensive network of services—from routine primary care check-ups at our numerous clinics to specialized treatments at our specialty centers and Methodist Hospital. Our core philosophy, 'Head + Heart, Together,' guides every decision we make. It's a promise to our patients that they will receive not only the most advanced, evidence-based medical care (the 'Head') but also be treated with the kindness, compassion, and respect they deserve (the 'Heart'). We believe this combination is essential for true healing and well-being. As part of the larger HealthPartners family, we address the challenges our patients face with both care and coverage. This unique structure allows for seamless coordination, ensuring that from the doctor's office to the pharmacy to insurance questions, the journey is as smooth as possible. We serve our community by putting their health and well-being at the center of everything we do. Whether a patient needs a routine screening, urgent care for an unexpected illness, or ongoing management for a chronic condition, our team of nearly 700 doctors and clinicians across more than 55 specialties is here to help. We are committed to being a partner for good, investing in innovative research and community health programs to not only treat illness but to enhance the overall health of the communities we are privileged to serve. Our goal is to ensure every patient feels supported, heard, and empowered in their health care journey.
