We're hiring a Plumbing Install Manager in Austin, TX to lead our plumbing installers, drain technicians, and coordinators and own the quality, safety, and performance of every install and drain job. What You'll Do
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of plumbing installers and drain technicians at every level
- Build install schedules that keep crews productive and customers happy
- Coach to the numbers: Attendance, On-Time Arrival, Callbacks, Customer Satisfaction, and Billable Efficiency
- Make sure every job is sold and executed right, from re-pipes and water heaters to drain lining, coating, and bursting
- Run batching, job staging, check-out, and equipment registration and warranty processes
- Enforce drain and excavation safety, Excavation Competent Person, and mini-excavator certifications.
- Oversee care of specialized equipment, including mini-excavators, hydro-jetters, and trenchless rigs
What We Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing, gas, sewer and drain, water treatment, and trenchless systems
- Proven leadership, organization, scheduling, and coaching skills
- Plumbing management experience and CRM or job scheduling software experience preferred
- Comfortable splitting time between the desk and the field, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs
