RS3 Strategic Hospitality powered by Proof of the Pudding is a chef-led hospitality company delivering food and beverage experiences at some of North America’s most complex sports, entertainment, cultural, and live-event venues.

Founded in Atlanta in 1979, Proof has built a national reputation for doing hospitality differently — from scratch cooking at scale, hyper-local sourcing, and a partnership-first approach that treats clients as collaborators. These fundamental values led to the integration of RS3 with Proof of the Pudding in 2025. Proof of the Pudding serves professional and collegiate sports venues, convention centers, cultural institutions, and large-scale destination events across the United States and Internationally.

We are seeking a Premium Manager to lead the team and logistics of our premium operations at a RoughRiders Stadium. This position will be responsible for supervising day-to-day planning and event day execution of all premium areas and 3rd party partners. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale premium operations and is a hands-on leader with a focus on team development.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and effectively managing day-to-day duties to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
  • Responsible for communication between Proof of the Pudding and the client. Serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries from the center. Responsible for nurturing this relationship.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; and maintaining security systems.
  • Meets venue financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Communicating financial statements, P&L Reports, and other requested documents to Proof of the Pudding Corporate.
  • Managing existing and developing leadership team, encouraging growth and mentorship with all managers and hourly staff
  • Create all BEOs in system, sharing with clients and internal teams.
  • Secures financial deposits from clients and initiate the discussions of the contracts and financial timelines
  • Prepares client contracts, estimates and forecasts prices for the event. Communicates policies to the client in a pleasant manner making them feel welcome and at ease
  • Ensures timeliness and collections of all financial deposits and commitments
  • Contacts client to obtain/confirm all final guarantees (final # of guests) for the event, articulate numbers and changes to effected internal teams
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses, initiate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  • Support the planning of and preparation for events according to anticipated attendance, and will provide hands-on management and oversight in the areas of service during events.
  • Attend events, connect with clients, coordinate with internal departments to ensure full understanding of sold services.
  • Organize billing and final invoice for events. Tracking any added services, guest overages, and updating forecasts and final BEOs in Caterease.
  • Organizing frequent meetings and open lines of communication with sales, operations, concessions, and culinary team in preparation for each event.
  • Responsible for setting the precedence that all staff will follow including but not limited to: uniform expectations, customer service policies, uniformity in buffet aesthetics and creating a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Responsible for all ordering, logistics, and overseeing warehouse inventory.
  • Managing the team that is scheduled to run each event. Leading by example and developing employees to reach their full potential.
  • Attending and executing each event to ensure that it runs smoothly from the set-up to the break-down.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Provides support in coordinating and executing special events, including golf, boat events
