Quanex is looking for a Pricing & Sales Support Analyst to join our team located onsite in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

As a Pricing & Sales Support Analyst, you'll leverage data, analytics, and business intelligence tools to uncover opportunities, guide pricing decisions, support profitable growth, and present recommendations that help drive key business decisions. Collaborating with sales, pricing, and customer support teams, you'll help shape strategy, evaluate profitability, and transform complex data into actionable business insights. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, hours may vary depending on business needs.

  • Delivering accurate and timely pricing, quoting, and profitability analysis.

  • Ensuring pricing systems and reporting tools remain reliable and data-driven.
  • Taking initiative to improve processes and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
  • Leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems to deliver meaningful reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Minimal travel required.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, business analytics, customer support, manufacturing, or other product-focused business environments. Experience supporting building products, manufacturing, cabinetry, millwork, or related industries is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and advanced mathematical skills, and experience analyzing large datasets to develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining data integrity; experience with Power BI and SQL for reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
