  • B.S. required. Engineering or Engineering Technology discipline preferred
  • 2-6 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of process optimization and web handling/coating experience preferred.
  • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred, or practical experience applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong understanding of applicable engineering software, hardware systems, function-specific software, and technical process controls.
  • Dynamic, proactive, energizing, can-do attitude with proven credibility and ability to create and foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization through delegation and teamwork.
