Job description

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for DefenseOS. You will conduct customer discovery, define requirements and success metrics, prioritize integrations, coordinate delivery across engineering and operations, and communicate strategy, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the DefenseOS product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Lead customer and user discovery with Navy stakeholders
  • Define requirements, success metrics, priorities, and scope trade-offs
  • Define zonal-architecture and integration strategy
  • Coordinate delivery across simulation, integration labs, and live-platform testing
  • Shape operator interfaces and workflows
  • Communicate product strategy, status, risks, and trade-offs
  • Build feedback loops from usage, customer input, and program data

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience shipping complex technical products end to end
  • Technical literacy in architecture, hardware-software integration, interfaces, and data flow
  • Experience integrating legacy or closed third-party systems
  • Customer and user discovery expertise
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Eligibility to receive an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
