Product Manager, Enrollment & Engagement
Job description
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who loves being close to the people who use our product. In this role, you'll own the patient's journey from first touch through enrollment and ongoing engagement, figuring out where patients drop off, why they stay, and what we can build or change to help more of them get the care they need.
You'll spend real time with patients, clinicians, and our support team, turning what you hear and what the usage data shows into clear priorities for our product and engineering teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable digging into a dashboard, sitting in on a support call, and writing a crisp product requirement.
What You'll Do
- Own enrollment and engagement metrics across the patient journey, including conversion through onboarding, activation, session completion, and retention.
- Monitor product usage data to spot trends, friction points, and opportunities, and share regular insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Run structured feedback loops with patients, clinicians, and the support team through interviews, surveys, usability sessions, and ticket reviews.
- Translate feedback and data into well-defined problems, user stories, and requirements, and work with engineering and design to prioritize ship improvements.
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to improve enrollment flows, outreach, and in-product engagement.
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots, workflow changes) and report on outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the patient and clinician in product discussions and help support teams understand what's changing and why.
- Keep product documentation, release notes, and internal training materials current.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, telehealth, or another consumer-facing or regulated product.
- Hands-on experience owning funnel, activation, or engagement metrics and improving them over time.
- Comfort working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) and pulling your own insights.
- Strong user research skills, with experience interviewing end users and synthesizing qualitative feedback into action.
- Clear, empathetic communication with audiences ranging from patients to clinicians to engineers.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment and bring structure to it.
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare workflows such as patient intake, eligibility, or care programs.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and working with protected health information.
- Exposure to XR/VR, AI-driven, or remote patient monitoring products.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Arrangement
In person at our Needham, MA office to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week in office. Candidates must be based within commuting distance.
