Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a product area from customer discovery through launch at an early-stage company. Work directly with customers, build working prototypes with AI tooling, and make practical tradeoffs daily while partnering with engineering on the final stretch.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, from discovery through shipping.
- Speak regularly with customers to learn about their pain points, workflows and opportunities.
- Build functional prototypes with AI tools and hand off to engineering for final polish.
- Set the vision for your area while making pragmatic tradeoffs every day.
- Become the in-house expert on customer workflows for your product surface.
- Ship quickly and iterate without long specification cycles or heavy handoffs.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Track record of shipping B2B SaaS products for small and mid-sized business operators.
- Experience building and launching AI-powered product features.
- Regular, direct customer conversations in previous roles.
- Ability to build roughly 90% of a product yourself using AI tooling.
- Comfort working with blue-collar operators, business owners and drivers in a scrappy environment.
- Must be based in San Francisco and on-site 4 days per week.

- Hands-on technical or software development grounding.
- Experience in logistics, field services or vertical SaaS.
