Product Manager/Strategy 4-ProdDev
Job description
We are looking to hire someone local to or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
Oracle's Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and technically strong Principal Product Manager to shape product strategy and roadmap across cloud infrastructure, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
This role combines customer engagement, product strategy, and technical product leadership to build secure, scalable cloud capabilities across Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer (DRCC), Oracle Alloy, and other Dedicated Cloud offerings.

We are looking for someone with strong Product Management experience rather than primarily Technical Program or Project Management experience. You don't need to be the engineer implementing the solution, but you should have enough technical depth to understand cloud architecture and security dependencies and work credibly with technical teams.
This role is based in Nashville, TN. Candidates must be local to Nashville or willing to relocate.

- Experience with enterprise security and IAM, including areas such as authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, identity governance, privileged access, service accounts, and Zero Trust.
- Demonstrated experience taking a product or major capability from customer discovery and strategy through launch and adoption.
- Strong customer engagement skills and experience translating customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product organizations and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management experience with cloud security, IAM, or infrastructure security products.
- Experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or another major cloud platform.
- Experience with Dedicated Cloud, hybrid cloud, sovereign cloud, or complex enterprise cloud environments.
- Experience with APIs, automation, self-service, or operator-facing capabilities.
- Own product strategy and roadmap for security, identity, access management, and operator experience capabilities.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand problems and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
- Define PRDs, MVPs, priorities, success metrics, and product tradeoffs based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Drive capabilities from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and measurement.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Product teams to understand dependencies and drive decisions.
- Apply knowledge of cloud infrastructure, enterprise security, IAM, and Zero Trust principles to product decisions.
- Represent product strategy and roadmap with customers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
- Communicate complex technical concepts, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and executive audiences.
