Product Support Specialist - Privacy Systems & Window Treatments

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist for our Privacy Systems (Clickeze) and Window Treatment (Inpro WT) divisions to handle the daily sales and customer service support functions for our product team.

The anticipated start date for this position is January 4, 2027.

Job Summary

The Product Support Specialist is a member of the Product Management team supporting Inpro sales and customer service with product data, custom quotes, and technical information, becoming a go-to product expert. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset, and an interest in learning more about product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Answer a variety of product questions from inside and outside sales teams, building up a knowledge base of common questions and answers.
• Order Entry Support: Create part numbers and custom quotes for the sales and customer service teams.
• Customer Support: Verify dimensions on customer supplied order forms and send to vendors for quotes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide product data and information upon request and help product managers develop internal product information resources.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to make good decisions, prioritize tasks and follow through to completion.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and software applications.
• Willingness to learn and grow your career.
