Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for facilitating campus events, maintaining and upgrading existing equipment, and building a culture of continual education for volunteers. This role is a synergy between technology and people. The Production Manager wins when our volunteers are educated and empowered to operate events and equipment in an environment that is fun, functional, and organized.Key
Responsibilities
- Support weekly events across campus through enabling volunteers including Anthem High School, Celebrate Recovery, band rehearsal, Men’s and Women’s Groups, and future one-off or reoccurring events.
- Manage interns and volunteers across events and projects
- Mix FOH audio for weekend services at least once per month.
- Maintain equipment across campus for maximum uptime.
- Partner with AVL leads to install and upgrade equipment.
- Actively contribute in all-staff and production team meetings.
Required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live production; from audio, lighting, and video.
- Ability to work well under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
- Passionate about creating an engaging worship experience through media and technology.
- Experience with professional live production systems including ProPresenter, Blackmagic ATEM video switchers, Avid sound consoles, Behringer sound consoles, GrandMA lighting consoles, HES Hog lighting consoles.
- General knowledge in equipment repair and upkeep.
- Knowledge in equipment procurement and quoting.
- Proficiency in macOS, including Core Audio, MIDI, OS install and migration.

Working Conditions:
- Approximately 40 hours per week; typical work week is Saturday-Wednesday
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
- Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate equipment at heights above 20 feet.
