About the Position: Serve as a Program Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, Military Integration Division in Cincinnati, OH.
Serve as senior Program Manager for specific programs with responsibility for exercising management and operational control over the assigned programs.
Manage a variety of special, one-of-a-kind world-wide construction programs and projects critical to the accomplishment of the Corps mission.
Develops standard methods and procedures to be used throughout USACE in managing projects and funds, issuing design and construction directives; and develop and submits budgets for design/construction funds.
Monitor the progress of priority and high visibility projects while keeping informed of progress through the review of reports, programming documents, construction directives, funds authorization documents, and other program material.
Provides program guidance and reviews construction directives for reasonableness of cost, conformance with criteria, and compliance with policies and procedures.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, provides comprehensive engineering and project‑management services that support national security, economic vitality, and disaster resilience across the Great Lakes region. Leveraging multidisciplinary expertise, the district delivers civil works, water‑level management, navigation, dredging, habitat restoration, and environmental stewardship, while also supporting military infrastructure and regulatory compliance. Employees collaborate with federal, state, and local partners to design, construct, and operate critical infrastructure projects—from flood control and water‑resource management to invasive‑species control and recreational facility development—ensuring safe, sustainable outcomes for communities and the environment.
