Job Overview
Position Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of projects assigned to them. The Project Coordinator ensures project scope is established, assists with coordination between departments and resources to ensure they are properly allocated to support customer satisfaction and guarantee project deliverables are met within budget in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordination of project activities assigned with focus on managing schedule, budget, and risks and their mitigations
- Ensures documentation submittals meet the formatting requirements set forth for each respective project
- Responsible for file validation and document control.
- Assists with schedules and coordinates assigned project work related to documentation; monitors work to ensure on-time release and delivery
- Responsible for receiving incoming documentation from customers and issuing documentation requiring revisions to responsible parties
- Ensure corporate documents are submitted error-free and with punctuality
- Participates in Client/Contractor meetings and assists in resolving project challenges
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Assists with implementation and tracking of project budgets and schedules.
- Enforces project standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:
- 4 years’ experience in the related field.
- Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Competence in general computer skills and the use of common business software, to include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Data management skills.
- Customer relations management.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer
skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Outlook.

Salary Range: $24/hour. - $37/hour.
