Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Orlando, FL
- Identifies key human capital challenges and opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of current human capital strategies.
- Develops and implements innovative solutions to address human capital issues and improve organizational performance.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for human capital strategy development.
- Analyzes workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Reports findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear and actionable formats.
- Designs and executes human capital initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. Monitors and evaluates the impact of implemented human capital strategies. Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on human capital matters. Utilizes data-driven approaches to optimize talent management processes. Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track and communicate the progress of human capital initiatives. Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies in all human capital activities.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines [Required]

- Ability to manage resources for strategic projects [Required]
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of leadership, management, and staff; particularly the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all audiences [Required]
- Advanced ability to interact with and influence senior leaders [Required]
- Ability to interpret financial and statistical information derived from various organizational reports [Required]
- Ability to manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments and business units [Required]
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook [Required]
- Overall strong technical proficiency and willingness to learn and apply new technology or processes [Required]
- Analytical ability to apply theories, principles, and practices of multiple disciplines for problem resolution [Required]
- Ability to respond to stressful situations in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner, and to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion. [Required]
- Exhibits an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude toward change; shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying company culture [Required]
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Teams [Preferred]
- Knowledge of planning and managing budgets [Preferred]
- Ability to research and write business cases [Preferred]

- Experience managing large-scale projects in healthcare [Preferred]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- In Healthcare, Human Resources, Social Science(s), Business, or related field
Work Experience:
- 3+ human resources and/or healthcare experience [Preferred]
- 3+ project management experience [Required]
- AdventHealth Residency program experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
- Lean Bronze Certification [Preferred]
- Project Management Institute (PMI) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$73,507.20 - $136,739.20Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
