Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
- Two years of administrative, human resources, recruiting, customer service or related experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to delivering professional, executive-level candidate experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
This position will support the Provider Talent Acquisition Team and is a temporary opportunity with no guarantee of a permanent placement after the temporary need is filled.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist manages key recruitment activities including candidate outreach, sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate communication, processing invoices and reimbursements, maintaining external job advertisements, and pre-employment process coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment sourcing strategies for assigned positions assisting with candidate pipeline development.
- Support recruitment events and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring leaders, and interview teams, scheduling pre-employment screenings and occupational health appointments, initiating and completing I-9 and E-Verify processes and identification badges when needed.
- Maintains complete and accurate new hire records in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards
- Prepare and distribute interview itineraries and candidate materials.
- Support candidate travel, site visits, or other interview logistics when applicable.
- Coordinates and maintains all new hire records, supporting onboarding logistics, and delivering responsive high quality customer service to candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Supports corporate orientation activities by welcoming new hires and ensuring a positive first-day experience.
- Provides day to day administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and other HR team members to ensure a coordinated approach to hiring.
- Participate in team meetings, training, recruitment strategy discussions, and special projects.
