This position is being recruited in support of the ESS VIII Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) proposal. Employment is contingent upon contract award, final customer requirements, and position availability.

About the Role

Essnova Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure contract performance meets all technical, contractual, safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements. The Quality Control Manager will develop and administer the quality management system across ESS VIII task orders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project Quality Control Plan.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and technical requirements.
  • Verify installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Track corrective actions and nonconformance reports.
  • Monitor subcontractor quality performance.
  • Support acceptance testing and turnover activities.
  • Maintain quality metrics and reporting.
  • Participate in risk management reviews.
  • Ensure documentation control and configuration management compliance.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of quality control experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years serving as a Quality Control Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM).
  • ASQ certifications.
  • Experience supporting USACE construction or electronic security systems programs.
  • Experience with integrated security systems and federal facilities.
