Job Title: Recruiting Manager

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for effectively partnering with resort leaders to develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain top talent. The Recruiting Manager owns the full recruitment cycle including identifying, attracting, assessing, and coordinating onboarding and hiring process with HR partners.

How I can create Guests for Life:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and support hiring timelines.
  • Partner with Executive Team, Hiring Managers, and Regional Human Resources to identify and fill vacancies and plan for future openings.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, existing candidate pipelines, and direct outreach.
  • Oversee applicant tracking activities, ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system and CRM.
  • Support high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and candidate service.
  • Partner with marketing team to develop engaging recruiting materials and advertisements.
  • Coordinate programs with local community schools and colleges that will build relationships with the resort for future talent.
  • Supports J1 and intern recruitment strategies for seasonal placement.
  • Provide interview-based training for managers and other applicants.

Qualifications and

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment experience in the hotel industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; UKG and Job Sync preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
