JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:Responsible for leading sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role oversees multiple sales teams, driving performance through strategic planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition across mid- to upper-market accounts. The Regional VP serves as a senior sales leader, accountable for meeting revenue targets, developing high-performing sales talent, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales directors, managers, and account executives to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking within the region.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic prospects.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure sales practices align with company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective use of CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the region in executive leadership meetings, providing updates on performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop succession planning and leadership readiness within the regional sales organization.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior sales leadership experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
  • Proven success managing teams selling into mid- to upper-market organizations ($50M–$100M revenue range).
  • Experience in technology, solutions, or services sectors aligned with companies such as Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, or other AIDC OEM’s are preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies across multiple verticals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on talent development and performance management.
  • Financial acumen to interpret sales metrics, profitability drivers, and market trends.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics tools.
