Position Summary
The Overnight Revenue Audit Manager oversees overnight valet revenue operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective auditing, and strong staff performance. This role manages client and guest relations, maintains compliance with company standards, and ensures secure, efficient parking operations while fostering a positive team environment and supporting client satisfaction.
Primary Objective:
To ensure the accuracy and security of overnight revenue operations while leading the team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational compliance, and supporting client satisfaction through effective auditing, staff management, and seamless overnight valet operations.
Duties and
Responsibilities
Revenue Management and Audit:
Ensures accurate overnight revenue operations by overseeing revenue controls, auditing postings with the front desk, managing overnight reporting, and tracking hot cars to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
Staff Management and Training:
Oversee all overnight staff, handling hiring, training, compliance, and performance management while ensuring adherence to company policies. The role focuses on developing team members, supporting internal promotions, and fostering a positive work environment through recognition and staff appreciation initiatives.
Communication and Client Relations:
ensures clear communication with management, promotes a team-oriented work environment, and proactively resolves client needs to support smooth and successful overnight operations.
Operational Oversight:
responsible for working 40+ hours on-site during overnight hours (10 PM – 7 AM), conducting regular rounds to all locations to ensure smooth operations. This role ensures all overnight tasks are completed accurately by staff and reviews critical operational details such as employee punch-ins, claimed tips, minimum wage compliance, and car counts on a weekly basis, making any necessary corrections before established deadlines to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
Quality and Service Standards:
The Overnight Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring all overnight associates consistently deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a professional appearance in proper uniform, and strictly follow company procedures and standards. This role also supports overall operations by carrying out additional duties as assigned by the City/Area Manager or Revenue Operations Director to uphold service quality and operational excellence.

Other tasks may be assigned as needed to support the company’s overall operational and financial objectives, with the expectation that the management remains flexible and responsive to evolving business needs. Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner. Including but not limited to the ability to work flexible hours when needed, particularly during financial close periods and occasional travel for financial reviews, audits, or corporate meetings. May be required.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience is preferred; management or leadership related training/certifications/business is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications are necessary for this position.

Work Environment:
The work environment for this role includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on-site and in corporate environments. Associates may frequently use computers, communicate via phone, and perform duties in or around parking facilities. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions—including extreme heat, cold, humidity, and wet environments—is expected. The location can be noisy, with moving vehicles operated by the public.
Physical Demands:
Requirements may include extended periods of standing, walking, and the ability to lift moderate weights when necessary. Specific vision abilities—close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustments—may be required to ensure on-site awareness and safety.
Cell Phone Use:
Employees may be required to use personal cell phones for work-related communication, including coordination with team members, managers, and clients, as well as accessing work applications. Reimbursement for work-related phone usage will follow company policy.
