Schedule: 3x12, Night (1900-0730)

Become a master of your craft on our Intensive Care Unit (ICU)! If you thrive on variety and want to build a rock-solid clinical skillset, this is the team for you. We specialize in supporting New Graduate RNs through the transition from student to professional with a supportive 12-16 week orientation alongside experienced mentors. You’ll gain immense experience in acute care while being part of our elite, evidence based Nurse Residency program for your full first year. How you’ll contribute
A New Graduate RN who excels in this role:
- Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participates in discharges planning process.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
- Certifications: BLS certification within 30 days of hire and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire required
