We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategic clinical programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for program operations, providing guidance, oversight, and feedback to team members while driving process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Analyze program performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and communicate key outcomes, opportunities, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, providers, and staff to support program growth, accreditation activities, external award applications, and the design of innovative patient care initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required and
  • Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare, Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5 years relevant nursing experience to program of responsibility Required
  • Prior program management/leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
  • Certification in a relevant specialty Preferred
