The Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and specialized medical-surgical care. This role includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of individualized patient care for those experiencing cardiac disease, heart failure, dysrhythmias, and other acute conditions.

The Telemetry RN utilizes advanced clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient status, manage fixed-rate intravenous drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

  • Current, active, and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • At least 1 year experience and knowledge as an RN in Telemetry.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing clinical environment
Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780.
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is $41.00 - $51.00 base per hour.
  • 8 hours are at base rate/hours over 8 in 12 hr. shift are 1.5x base rate.
  • The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
