Job description

Working directly with the Sales Team supporting the team by answering phones, collecting leads through inquiries and dedicated websites. Assigning leads to Managers and following up when necessary. Work through computer databases including CI/TY, Excel, Teams and Word on a daily basis to retrieve information applicable to the sales team including leads, and reports. This is the point of contact for incoming leads and calls to the Sales Department. Prepare and review written documents including contracts, proposals, records, documents accurately and completely. Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Transfer information or documents using computer, email, mail or facsimile.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Work with other departments developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Help other departments if necessary. Move, lift, carry, push and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Sales Administrator Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration preferred
  • [2+] years experience in a sales or administrative role or hospitality
  • Working knowledge of industry software, including order processing software and CRM software
  • Familiarity with sales records and reports
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Teams
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
