Sales & Service Representative

Key

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with an established route of customer accounts.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Ensure company trucks are stocked with necessary equipment.
• Prepare invoices, collect payments, and settle customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable work ethic.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed.
• Ability to obtain a CDL license with Hazmat endorsement after 90 days of hire and follow DOT regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for rotating on-call and emergency service schedules.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Sales or account management experience.
• Experience with route driving.
• Prior experience performing mechanical work.

This position is fully in-person and intended for candidates who currently reside in or are relocating to the Lauderdale Lakes, FL area. New hires must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check and must be able to comply with DOT regulations.
