You will work with enterprise advertisers in the US Retail sector. As the Search Ads 360 Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key client and agency partners, providing product support, and you will leverage our client management, industry knowledge, and product expertise to help them achieve their online search marketing objectives with innovative application of Search Ads 360 technology. You will partner with multiple internal partner teams across Platforms, gTech, and LCS to identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities and bring a ‘One Google’ approach to helping our customers grow.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $154000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Manage client relationships; internally and externally at various organizational levels.
  • Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across the upper levels of the organization. Work with Retail Media networks to advocate for Google's ad tech products.
  • Leverage our client management, industry, and product expertise to scope and understand customer and tactical objectives to best consult on the adoption of SA360 technology and solutions to drive search marketing success.
  • Work closely with the SA360 owners to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within the accounts. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.

Minimum

qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.

  • Experience working with the Search Ads 360 platform.
  • Retail industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated solution-based selling success and customer relationship skills.
