- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis for business and technology initiatives by translating business needs into Project Charters, BRD’s, Process Flows, and Implementation Plans.
- Lead efforts to document evaluate and enhance business processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Design and manage complex reports, synthesize large datasets, and develop actionable insights that support executive decision-making, monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), and analyze transaction data to provide insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Oversee change management initiatives by developing communication plans and ensuring smooth adoption of process and system changes.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, project teams, project sponsors, and leadership to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project execution.
- Lead medium/large project stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across business, technology, vendors, and leadership teams.
What you'll need:
- 6+ years of related experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Technology Delivery
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, Visio and Sharepoint
- Intermediate to advanced experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, EPMO, and ECM governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
