This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in collaboration with technical leads
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces
  • Design and optimize database schemas (SQL and/or NoSQL) for performance and scalability
  • Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning
  • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system design decisions
  • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure as code

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular and/or React, and Frontend State Management)
  • Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., C++< Node.js, Java, Python, C#/.NET)
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB)
  • Deploy and manage applications on Tomcat and IIS web/application servers
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Even better, you may have...

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Familiar with modern JavaScript Tool Chains such as NPM
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading small development teams
  • Contributions to open-source projects
